Are you ready for the much anticipated event? It’s just 5 days until the big day — Women’s Equality Day on August 26, that is, when we will gather for a full day of the Power Up Concert and Conference. Not even hurricanes or earthquakes will keep Take The Lead from delivering this powerful annual event in Los Angeles at UCLA’s Luskin Conference Center and streaming everywhere in the world. I cannot wait to see you there!
True confession — I went through most of my career without thinking about why and how I should be building wealth for my own life and my children. I was just glad to have work I felt passionate about and a paycheck (for which I didn’t know to negotiate!) deposited in my bank account. But now I’m at a stage of life where it would be really nice to have been more intentional about my finances.
Does this sound like you? Are you more astute than me and looking to grow your wealth, but not sure how? Are you unsure about your financial goals but want to learn from and be inspired by women who can provide the insights you need?

How you lead with a more positive culture is the centerpiece of one of several roundtables at the Power Up Conference & Concert, Lead Your Intention, on Women’s Equality Day in person and virtually August 26.

It’s no secret the Covid-19 pandemic turned the world on its axis and changed every facet of life as we know it. Offices emptied and busy cities went quiet for months on end until finally earlier this year the smoke began to clear.
In the post-pandemic era, we ushered in our new normal. It’s been a long and continuous period of adjustment that has not come without its challenges.
