Mahika Arora is a student, founder and executive director at Worldwide Shine.
I'm a 17-year-old female, born and raised in Panipat, India who is trying to make a positive impact on the world through the organization I founded, Worldwide Shine.
I truly believe in the phrase, “It is very easy to defeat someone, but it is very hard for someone to win someone,” which, I think, can be clearly illustrated through my altruistic organization, Worldwide Shine.
The organization has been working for the betterment of the environment and the society under my skillful and all-inclusive leadership.
Our natural environment was already in a disastrous state before the pandemic, and now, recent events have caused a disturbance in our mental health as depression and suicide rates increased during the coronavirus pandemic.
Our world and our people both need to be repaired, and Worldwide Shine has done that repairing. We are regularly conducting various events, forums, activities, and competitions to encourage the mental well being of our audience and also nourish the natural environment.
I, personally, ensure that after every event, our audience as well as my team members are positively impacted with a valuable takeaway they can apply to their lives. In the future, I plan to expand Worldwide Shine on an international level to truly impact everyone around the world.

Through my initiatives and involvement that focus on positivity and natural environment, I wish to leave a tremendous mark on the world. My aim is to see a world where people are positive and are never afraid to help the ones who are not. A world where people are more environment conscious than money, fame or power conscious. And to reach there, I am ready to contribute to my fullest and inspire and motivate others as well.
