As a dynamic entrepreneur, I understand the power of resilience and determination in carving one's path to success. In the evolving landscape of the beauty industry, I stand as a beacon of empowerment, challenging norms and championing inclusivity.

At the tender age of five, I faced the diagnosis of autism, a label that many perceived as a barrier. Yet, with the unwavering support of my family, I transformed this challenge into a source of inspiration. Fueled by my passion for beauty, I fearlessly pursued my dreams, defying stereotypes along the way.

Today, I am the Founder and CEO of Aaliyah’s Beauty Bar, a flourishing establishment located in Stockbridge, Georgia. However, my journey extends beyond just my business; it's a testament to my commitment to inclusivity. I became the first autistic individual in the United States to own both a beauty bar and a nail school, revolutionizing the industry by creating spaces that welcome individuals of all abilities.

In the past year, I launched Aaliyah’s Nail School, an innovative initiative providing certification in nail artistry tailored to students with disabilities. Through my nonprofit agency, Thompson Aaliyah Alicia, Inc., I work to build safe spaces and provide resources for those with autism, leaving an indelible mark on my community.

As the landscape of leadership continues to evolve, my story serves as a reminder of the importance of empowerment and inclusivity. I embody the essence of resilience and determination, inspiring others to break barriers and pursue their passions relentlessly.
