Did you know that next to traditional job training, having mentors is the #1 most effective way to get a job or get promoted? As Xerox CEO Ursula Burns says, everyone needs a mentor, but women need them more to overcome cultural biases and their own insecurities.
That’s why on December 3, Giving Tuesday, we ask you to help us raise the $15,000 we need to kickstart the Take The Lead Connects Mentoring Program.
