I have been active my whole life and cannot imagine life without fitness. I really love working out and how accomplished I feel afterwards, especially if I wasn’t motivated to start.

Often, people feel they can’t take time out of their day to workout because it takes away from everything else or that it just takes up too much time, period.

Being passionate about fitness, I knew this was something that should be addressed and there had to be a way to get more people working out. 

I set my attention on creating a program that could provide a full workout, in a limited time. All of the results, without the countless hours at the gym.

This past year, Massachusetts General Hospital published a study showing how people can improve their long term health with just 12 minutes of exercise daily.

Knowing that, I have now created over 24 programs in a way to get the most out of your time.

They are tough but anyone can find 10 minutes to be healthy, stronger, and fit. A great workout is good for your mental health too. Our bodies are meant to move for our health so I wanted to make it as easy as possible for people to live their best, healthiest life. 

My PowerAbs, PowerGlutes, PowerLegs, Summer PowerArms focus on specific body parts to strengthen and tone those particular areas individually.

Then my PHIIT (Power HIIT) collection is all full body workouts. One of my favorite things about these programs is they can be done anywhere, including in the comfort of your own home. And yes, they are only 10 minutes long. 

The next time you are questioning if you should workout, the answer is yes. I know you have 10 minutes. Do it for you. Women deserve to have it all.
