This week on Intentioning This! Live, Gloria discusses the epic battle to get equal pay. She is joined by American Activist, Lily Ledbetter, whose legendary lawsuit for equal pay spawned a movement, as well as Cindy Guerra Robbins, a former Salesforce executive, who led the giant tech company to equalize its pay policy. 

As Gloria explains in Intentioning, things don’t just happen; people make them happen systematically. A movement doesn’t have to be big or loud. But it does have to have one clear characteristic: the intention that what you are doing is larger than yourself.
