From examples in the women’s suffrage movement, participants will learn the long view of women’s history, including an intersectional lens, and consider examples of how we today can learn from history to create the future. Key takeaways will focus on vision to see a more just world, courage to stay true to values with strategic action and partnerships even when challenged, and an understanding that change is possible but not inevitable, for the work is never over.
