The legal profession is in a period of intense innovative change, as it incorporates new technologies and learnings from the field of organizational behavior, and it strives to become a more diverse and inclusive profession. The advent of Covid-19 has accelerated some changes and heightened the awareness of risks and opportunities for the profession.

The Center for Women in Law and Take The Lead have assembled a panel of experts to discuss these trends and how we, as leaders, can use the catalyst of the pandemic to harness these changes to become a stronger and more just profession, with a special focus on gender equity.
