HOSTED BY
Gloria Feldt is the Co-Founder and President of Take The Lead, with the mission to prepare and propel women to leadership parity by 2025. Starting as a teen mom, her hard work and leadership abilities led her to a 30-year career at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, including a 9-year stint as its national president and CEO. People Magazine has called her “the voice of experience,” Glamour named her Woman of the Year, Forbes to their 40 over 40 list, and Vanity Fair named her one of America’s “Top 200 Women Legends, Leaders, and Trailblazers.” When she discovered that women had been stuck at 18 percent of top leadership positions for two decades, she knew she had to find a way to change that. The result: she wrote the bestselling book No Excuses: 9 Ways Women Can Change How We Think About Power to give women practical Power Tools that break down their unconscious barriers to greater personal and professional success. That book led to the organization Take The Lead and comprehensive leadership programs such as the 50 Women Can Change the World.
Cohost: Reshma Gopaldas has been creating video content with a focus on women’s rights and health for over 15 yars. As the Associate Director of Creative Services and Talent Engagement at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, she produced, directed, and wrote the majority of their video content, and managed their celebrity supporters. Prior to that, she worked in film and television production in New York, with notable directors and actors. Her work has been featured on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, CNN, ABC, HuffPo, Jezebel, Fox, etc. Today, she heads video for SHE Media, which includes BlogHer, Stylecaster, Soaps.com, HelloFlo and SheMediacom.
