Thank you for your interest in becoming a certified Leadership Ambassador and trainer with Take The Lead! You would be one of a select group of Leadership Ambassadors who deliver Take The Lead’s signature workshop, “9 Leadership Power Tools to Advance Your Career.” The date of our next training is TBD, although you may submit your application for consideration below.

Created by Gloria Feldt, this workshop is designed to help women embrace power and leadership with intention and to give them the practical leadership “Power Tools” skills to be effective leaders. As a Leadership Ambassador, you will bring this transformative work to new audiences so that together, we can bring women to leadership parity by 2025 (70 years faster than the World Economic Forum predicts).

Who are we looking for? Self-starting, entrepreneurial women aligned with Take The Lead’s mission of leadership parity (not just women’s leadership skills) and a demonstrated track record of leadership and training or coaching experience.

The benefit for you as a Leadership Ambassador is the opportunity to start or expand your own training business; become an active member of the extended Take The Lead team; learn directly from Gloria Feldt; and have the satisfaction of being part of the movement for gender parity in leadership. Through this training program, you will connect purposefully with other women leaders who are defining life and career on their own terms across the country. 

Incoming ambassadors are responsible for a tuition fee of $1,200. Scholarships and payment plans may be available upon request for those needing financial support.
